Service Delivery Policy
WebStudio AI is a digital service. This page explains how account access and paid features are delivered.
Effective date: 4 November 2026
1. Digital delivery only
WebStudio AI provides website creation, customization and publishing features online. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping fee applies to the digital service.
2. Account access
Users can access the platform at webstudioai.co.in/builder after completing registration and account verification steps, if required.
3. Free plan
Free-plan access is provided through the registered account subject to the available generation, website and publishing limits displayed in the platform.
4. Pro plan payment and activation
The current Pro plan is a one-time payment of ₹899 for one website with one-year validity. It is not a monthly subscription. After successful payment confirmation, the applicable Pro entitlement is applied to the user's account. Activation may be delayed by payment-provider confirmation, account checks or technical issues.
5. Website generation and publishing
Website generation begins after the user submits the required prompt and information. The user must review and customize the generated result before publishing. Publishing depends on plan eligibility, completion of required steps, valid website information and platform availability.
6. Validity and renewal
Where one-year validity applies, the validity period begins from the activation date or other start date shown in the account. Renewal is a separate transaction and is not automatic unless expressly stated. Current renewal charges are ₹299 for a Free website and ₹899 for a Pro website for the applicable renewal period, subject to the renewal screen.
7. Delivery issues
If payment is successful but paid access is not available, or if publishing does not work, email support@webstudioai.co.in. Include your registered email, website identifier if available and payment transaction reference. Never share passwords, OTPs or full payment credentials.
