1. About the service

WebStudio AI is an online, AI-assisted website builder powered by First Digital Hub. It allows users to create, customize and publish websites using the features made available through the platform.

2. Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, accessing the platform or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Service Delivery Policy. You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into the transaction.

3. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans, fees and payments

The Free plan is available subject to the limits and conditions shown in the platform. The Pro plan is currently offered for a one-time payment of ₹899 for one website with a validity period of one year, subject to the features and conditions displayed at checkout. It is not a monthly subscription. Applicable taxes, if any, and the final payable amount will be shown before payment.

5. Validity and renewal

Website validity is one year where stated for the selected plan. Renewal is not automatic unless the checkout page expressly states otherwise. Current renewal charges are ₹299 for a Free website and ₹899 for a Pro website for the applicable renewal period, subject to confirmation on the renewal screen. Renew before expiry to avoid interruption. Any changed price or term will be displayed before you confirm a renewal.

6. Features, credits and limits

AI generation credits, website limits, editing access, publishing options and other plan benefits are those expressly displayed in your account or at checkout at the time of purchase. Features may differ by plan. Please review the current plan description before paying.

7. Website content and user responsibility

You are responsible for all text, images, logos, business information and other material you submit or publish. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that material. Do not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, harmful or prohibited content. Review AI-generated content for accuracy, legality and suitability before publishing.

8. Publishing, domains and availability

Website publishing, custom-domain connection and continued availability depend on the selected plan, correct configuration, domain ownership, hosting conditions and platform availability. Domain registration, third-party services or other external charges are not included unless expressly stated.

9. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, exploit or gain unauthorized access to the platform, bypass plan limits, interfere with other users or use the service in violation of applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security threats, unlawful use, non-payment, material breach of these terms or risk to the platform or other users. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

11. Service changes and limitations

We may update features to maintain or improve the service. We aim to keep the platform available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided subject to its stated features and limitations.
